ROOFTOP PICTURES was founded by Mark Siegmund in 2024, to provide production service to international film productions planning to shoot in Korea, and Korean film productions planning to shoot outside Korea.

During his over 20 years working in Korean film industry, Mark has gathered experience as production coordinator/fixer, production and location manager, researcher and translator for scripted and non-scripted content for big screen as well as TV. From 2007 to 2015, he was in charge of supporting international productions shooting in Seoul at Seoul Film Commission. In 2015, he joined the Korea Film Commissions & Industry Network to build up the international department there. From 2016, he was part of the BODA Media Group and its production service branch Cine Everywhere. From 2022 until 2023, Mark worked under the roof of Flying Tiger Pictures.

He worked on projects for NETFLIX, HBO, Discovery Network, JTBC, MBC, arte, ZDF, NPO, YLE, BBC.
